We are delighted to welcome Maria Tenace to our list. Maria has practiced exclusively in Family Law since commencing employment as a lawyer in 2001.
As Counsel, Maria accepts briefs to appear in, and advise on matters involving all aspects of family law at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including matters on Circuit.
Maria is currently completing a Masters of Law with Monash University. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer with the College of Law, teaching Family Law Masters subjects and assessing PLT students.
Whilst in private practice, Maria was a member of the Executive and Courts Practice Committees of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Maria read with Marylyn Smallwood SC. Her senior mentor is Rozeta Stoikovska SC.
