Peta’s extensive experience spans a broad range of criminal matters across all jurisdictions, with a specialisation in complex indictable crime, particularly serious drug-related cases, and violent offences. In family law, she has frequently appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for both parenting and property proceedings.
As the co-founder of Women In Crime, Victoria’s leading professional network for female criminal lawyers, and a long-standing member of the Holmes List Committee, Peta has made significant contributions to the legal community.
