Congratulations to His Honour Magistrate John Livitsanos on his appointment to the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
John has been a valued member of the Bar since 2004, specialising in Family and Relationship Law and Criminal Law, including Family Violence and Intervention Order matters. Before joining the Bar, he completed his articles and worked as a solicitor at Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper) in Melbourne, appearing primarily in the County Court on a variety of litigation matters and in the Coroner’s Court.
We wish John continued success as he embarks on this new chapter of service to the Court and the community.
