Holmes List Barristers and Staff extend their heartfelt congratulations to Dr Emma Strugnell on her appointment as Senior Public Defender at Victoria Legal Aid Chambers.
Emma brings extensive experience as an advocate in both summary and indictable crime. She practices across all areas of criminal law and appears in all jurisdictions. During her time at the Bar, Emma regularly appeared in the County Court for trials, indictable bail applications, plea hearings, and appeals against conviction and sentence.
Emma has also been an invaluable member of the Holmes List Committee for several years, making significant contributions to our list.
