We are pleased to announce that the Commonwealth Minister for Sport, with the consent of the Commonwealth Cabinet, has appointed Matthew O’Grady to be a Member of the National Sports Tribunal for a term of five years.
The National Sports Tribunal, established by the National Sports Tribunal Act 2019 (Cth), provides independent, effective, and efficient dispute resolution services to sporting bodies and athletes. Members of the National Sports Tribunal may sit alone or as part of Panels. The disputes handled include Anti-Doping Rule Violations, Disciplinary matters, Selection and Eligibility challenges, and appeals.
