Since signing the Bar Roll in 1977 Wayne has established a wide ranging practice in Criminal Law and he appears in all jurisdictions.

Wayne has a particular interest in Defence work in Criminal trials and over the years has appeared in numerous trials in the Supreme Court eg. Murder, Manslaughter, Conspiracy etc. as well as all types of trials in the County Court.

His years of experience in criminal law also extends to appearances before various Commissions, Tribunals and the Coronor’s Court.
