Since joining the Bar in 2010 Vince has become an established senior advocate in criminal matters conducting trials and appeals and now holding an Indictable Crime Certificate issued by the Victorian Bar.
Vince is also a member of VLA’s preferred barrister list.
Vince’s trial experiences include sex and fraud trials as well as culpable driving, offences against the person, drug importation and money laundering.
Vince is also an experienced commercial lawyer and uses this expertise in white collar criminal trials.
Prior to joining the Bar Vince was a member of William Forster Chambers in Darwin as a general practitioner with an emphasis on crime and Family Law, and prior to Darwin ran his own practice in Warrnambool.
Vince has a keen interest in matters affecting indigenous people having worked for the Kimberley Land Council and the Pitjantjatjara Council and is still active in advising on various matters affecting people in Victoria and the Kimberley.
Vince has tutored at Monash University Law School and participated in judging students performances in the annual mooting exercise.
