Tom comes to the Bar with enormous life experience having served as a Senior Detective with the Victoria Police force for 18 years and also having extensive military experience with the Special Forces.
Tom read with Sean Grant and has appeared in all jurisdictions as counsel. He has successfully appeared in a number of criminal trials and also appears regularly in the Magistrates’, Childrens and County Courts.
He also practices in all road safety and drink driving related offences.
He is a highly motivated and passionate advocate with excellent communication skills, who is experienced in all stages of the criminal justice system.
