Tim has over 10 years’ experience as a criminal advocate while working at Victoria Legal Aid prior to joining the bar.

He accepts briefs in all criminal and quasi criminal matters across all metropolitan and regional courts.

Tim practised almost exclusively in criminal law and intervention orders while being based at offices in Frankston, Ballarat, Broadmeadows, Melbourne and the Neighbourhood Justice Centre in Collingwood.

As a Senior Lawyer Tim appeared in court almost daily and at all levels of summary crime and intervention order hearings from mention stage right through to contested hearing stage. He has also appeared in the County Court on a plea and appeal basis and had carriage of complex indictable crime matters.
