Patricia specialises in Family and Criminal Law with over 20 years experience as an advocate.
 

Patricia appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia at Interim and Final Defended Hearings, appearing on behalf of individual parties and the Independent Children’s Lawyer.
 

Patricia has extensive experience in the Criminal jurisdiction of the Magistrates and County Courts appearing in pleas, bail applications, appeals, contested hearings and committals.
 

Patricia enjoys a solid Intervention Order practice, appearing on behalf of both Applicants and Respondents in both Family Violence Protection Orders and Personal Safety Intervention Orders.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Patricia worked as a solicitor advocate at Paul Vale Criminal Law, Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Law Division and Balmer and Associates.

Patricia is fluent in Italian and is a member of the Criminal Bar Association and Family Law Bar Association.
