Lino Marchetti practises exclusively in Family Law.

Since coming to the Bar Lino has appeared in many property and parenting cases, including representing Independent Children’s Lawyers, both in Victoria and interstate.

Lino became a Nationally Accredited Mediator in June 2008 and has since acted as Mediator in many matters.

Lino is also an accredited Advocacy Instructor with the Australian Advocacy Institute and has assisted with moots and evaluations for the Bar Readers’ Course, and is a regular contributor and presenter at CPD events.
