Jonathan is an experienced criminal defence advocate. He is accepting briefs to appear and advise in all courts.

His experience is in County Court pleas and appeals, and contested committals, contested hearings, pleas and bail applications in the Magistrates’ Court. He has a special interest in technology and the law.

 In 2012, he was recognised as an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria.

 He has worked predominantly in criminal law since being admitted, and spent 7 years working at Victoria Legal Aid in criminal law roles in the Advocacy and Sexual Offences Teams.

He is on the VLA Preferred Criminal Trial Barrister List.
