Jervis accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law at all metropolitan and regional courts.

He also accepts briefs in quasi-criminal matters including intervention order proceedings and traffic offences, as well as occupational health and safety matters, and briefs in administrative and sports law. 

Jervis formerly practiced as an Associate at Emma Turnbull Lawyers where he had conduct of a broad range of summary and serious indictable criminal matters.

He regularly appears in the Magistrates’ and County Courts. He has appeared led and unled in the Supreme Court.
