Jacqui practices exclusively in family law.
She accepts briefs to advise, draft, negotiate and appear in complex family law property and parenting matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, together with associated Intervention Order proceedings in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
Prior to being called to the bar, Jacqui worked in private practice for over 5 years, predominately advising on contentious family law property and succession law disputes.
Jacqui has completed undergraduate degrees in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University. She has also completed a post graduate degree in Master of Laws at Monash University.
She has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution. She has also trained as an Accredited Mediator.
