Called to the Bar in 2003, David brings more than two decades of courtroom experience to his practice. He began his career as an Associate to a Judge of the County Court of Victoria before embarking on a career as a Barrister. Since, he has developed a broad and substantial practice across the civil, criminal, and family law jurisdictions, appearing regularly in the Magistrates’, County, Supreme, Children’s, Federal and Family Courts, both in Melbourne and on circuit throughout Victoria.

His practice encompasses matters of equity, contract, de facto matters, property and children’s matters.

He has achieved a 100% resolution rate across all matter in which he has been briefed to mediate since his AIFLAM accreditation – a testament to his ability to guide parties towards practical and sustainable outcomes.
