Daniel has extensive experience in family law matters, including: 

• property matters involving third party interests, foreign laws, asset tracing, accrued jurisdiction, corporate and trust structures, valuation disputes and taxation considerations;
• the setting aside and defence of Financial Agreements;
• parenting matters involving allegations of family violence, relocation matters and Hague Convention matters.

Daniel accepts briefs in all aspects of family law matters.
