Bianca has worked exclusively in family law since her admission to legal practice in 2018. Prior to coming to the bar, Bianca has worked in leading family law firms across Melbourne and Adelaide.

As a solicitor, Bianca gained extensive experience in various aspects of family law including complex parenting matters involving interstate and international relocation, sexual abuse allegations and family violence, as well as property matters involving business structures and high net worth pools.

Bianca regularly appeared as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in a variety of parenting, property and Independent Children’s Lawyer matters at Interim Defended Hearings, Final Hearings and an Appeal.

Bianca is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Bar Association and the Women Barristers Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts.

Bianca accepts briefs to appear in and advise on all matters relating to family law both in Victoria, including circuits, and interstate. Bianca is currently reading with Andrew Barbayannis and her Senior Mentor is Minal Vohra S.C.
