Andreia accepts briefs in all areas of family law and associated matters including;
- parenting and property matters;
- family violence intervention orders; and
- child protection proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Andreia was a Senior Lawyer at the Women’s Legal Service and Family Law Legal Service.
She appeared regularly as a solicitor advocate in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court, Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court (family division).
Andreia is an AIFLAM-accredited mediator, and also represents parties in mediations and conciliation conferences, and is available for circuit work.
