Andreia specialises in all areas of family law and associated matters including;

parenting and property matters;
family violence intervention orders; and
child protection proceedings.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Andreia was a Senior Lawyer in both the private and community sector, and appeared regularly as a solicitor advocate in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court, Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court (family division).

Andreia is an AIFLAM-accredited mediator, and has a strong interest in mediation, both as counsel representing a party and in the role of mediator. She is a member of the Family Law Bar Association, and the Women’s Barristers’ Association.

Andreia read with Celia Conlan, with Minal Vohra S.C. as her senior mentor.
