Matt is highly experienced in all matters related to Intervention Order proceedings pursuant to the Family Violence Protection Act and the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act. He appears for Applicants, Respondents and clients charged with Contraventions of Intervention Orders. He brings to this area a wealth of knowledge and a depth of experience that is of great benefit to his clients. He has completed Family Violence Training. Matt has a thorough understanding of the interplay between intervention orders, family law proceedings and criminal liability.
