1980 – 1981- Public Works Department � Deputy Solicitor work included

preparing contracts for Public Works in Victoria and Ports and Harbour issues.

of Consumer Affairs. Responsible for OH&S. Industrial Relations and Consumer

1990 – 1999 – Barrister at the Victoria Bar specialising in Industrial and

Environment Law. Appears regularly in Federal and State Occupational Health &

Safety and Environmental Law cases, a range of Australia Industrial Relations

Commission Employment Disputes and in Administrative Law, Probate and Commercial

matters. Conducted defence benchmark OH&S cases and OH&S Notice Appeals before
